When you sign in to the SimpleAM portal, your credentials are handled by Microsoft Entra ID; we receive only your name, email address and organization details. We also automatically collect limited technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, when you visit our website.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, provide services and portal access, send webinar invitations and related communications, improve our website, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Cookies and Tracking

We use Google Analytics to see how people find and use our site, such as which pages they view and which link or campaign brought them here. It uses cookies to tell visits apart.

We also use Pipedrive’s website visitor tracking, which uses the network a visit comes from to show us which companies visit our site. It tells us the company, not who you are.

When you send us a form, we note how you found us (for example, the campaign link you clicked and the page you landed on) so we can follow up properly.

How to Opt Out

If you visit from the EU, the UK or Switzerland, we only turn these tools on after you click Accept. Everywhere else they are on by default, and you can switch them off at any time by clicking Decline.
